THE NAME IS...TARZAN BEGAY

What should readers expect from Solana?

T: Readers should expect to see her becoming her authentic self. They watch her put herself first for once, find out who she really is, and not the mask that she's used to wearing. You watch her dig deeper than the surface.

What are some of Solana's greatest qualities to you?

T: Not only is she talented, but she has a big heart. She sees it as a blessing and a curse sometimes, but I love that about her. As tough as she is, Solana has a lot of love to offer and give. Even if people aren't as deserving of it. There are times where I don't think I am, but it's never stopped her from loving me.

What would you say is your biggest weakness?

T: Being vulnerable. When you're wired not to show any emotion and seen a lot it's difficult to become expressive. Open. I do think that when you love someone and really are focused on it for the long haul that you put in the work to try and become that.

What's the craziest thing you've done?

T: Killed for someone I love in order to protect that person. Would I do it again? Absolutely. Without any hesitation.

What song do you see as the most fitting to your story?

T: Mitch and Ann Marie's "Like This". That song is two people who have tried to move on with other people, but somehow they find they way back to one another. No matter the time, the distance, or how hard they fight to stay away from one another nothing else compares to the love the share. No one, no relationship, or love can match what the two have. That flame is too intense for the spark to die.
